VORENIE is operated by a Brazilian investor group and serves customers across Europe and selected international destinations through an international fulfillment network.

Shipping

Orders are prepared with a focus on clear communication and reliable delivery flow. The average delivery window is 7 to 18 days after dispatch. Timing may vary by destination, carrier volume, public holidays and customs processing.

Taxes and checkout

Product prices are presented with taxes included where applicable at checkout. Any delivery cost or additional amount shown before payment should be reviewed before completing your order.

Returns

EU and EEA customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Customers in other regions may request a return within 7 days of delivery unless local law provides a longer period. Returned items must be unused, unworn and sent back with original packaging.

Secure payment

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. VORENIE does not intentionally store complete payment card details.
